Roger V. Wahl

Roger V. Wahl, age 85 of Council Bluffs passed away on Sunday, June 19, 2022 at his home.

Roger was born on June 11, 1937 in Pierson, Iowa to the late Charlie and Thelma (Youll) Wahl.

Roger married Margery Donnelson on June 2, 1962.

Roger worked as an Audiologist for Iowa School For The Deaf for 25 years retiring in 1994, then was a Landlord for several Residences in Council Bluffs.

Roger was a member of Broadway Christian Church; Toastmasters; Sertoma Club and the Landlord's Association.

Roger was preceded in death by his wife, Margery Wahl in 2011; 2 great grandchildren, Boone Taylor and Roman Taylor.

Roger is survived by 2 daughters, Kimberly and Tim Taylor; Erin and Dale Ruis all of Council Bluffs; 4 grandchildren, Blake and Erin Taylor of Council Bluffs; Sara Taylor of Council Bluffs; Michaela and Kyrell Newell of Jefferson City, MO.; Nicholas and Kailey Ruis of Council Bluffs; 3 great grandchildren, Lennon Taylor; Asher Taylor and Bodhi Ruis; sister, JoAnn and Richard Lopez of Rockwall, TX.; 2 brothers, Ralph and Jean Wahl of Tucson, AZ.; Charles and Paulette Wahl of Sioux City, Iowa.
