Jim W. (Rewolinski) Revell
October 2, 1944—December 15,2021

Jim Wendel Revell, 77, of Tucson, Arizona, succumbed to cancer last December 15, 2021.
Jim attended Nebraska School for the Deaf and graduated from the school in 1962. He then attended Gallaudet College (now University). He moved to California and attended California State University at Northridge. He received a degree. He moved to Tucson, Arizona where he became a mathematics teacher of the deaf and a Primary School Principal at Arizona School for the Deaf.
He married a deaf Californian. From the union, they had two children (girl and boy).
He was a well-known guy for his involvement in deaf sports as President of the Far West Athletic Association of the Deaf and as a sports commissioner of the American Athletic Association of the Deaf. He became involvement in fighting for deaf people’s rights of using videophones at federal level.
Jim and Joan used to travel over the world.
His wife and son passed away within a year.
He is survived by his daughter, Jana, brothers, Robert Rewolinski and Vance Rewolinski.
His body was cremated.
