Harold Poch

September 10, 1927—October 30. 2021

Harold Poch, 94, of Atlantic, Iowa, passed away during his sleep last October 30, 2021.

Harold came to the world on September 10, 1927.  He attended Iowa School for the Deaf.

He married Eileen Uzel. a Nebraska School for the Deaf product in 1953.

The couple moved to California where Hal worked for A & A Dis Casting for 13 years.  They moved back to Iowa.  Hal was a custodian for Bellevue Middle School.  He then worked for Iowa School for the Deaf as its custodian.  He later got another job at Iowa Western Community College, Council Bluffs, Iowa.  After his retirement, they moved to Atlantic, Iowa.

Harold became an avid golfer after he got a golf set with a golf bag for Christmas. 

He is survived by his wife of 67 years.

His body was cremated.  There is no funeral.
