Patricia Jean (nee Good) Medlock

March 17 1933--October 8 2017

Patricia was born in Sergeant Bluff, Iowa on March 17, 1933 to parents Daniel Floyd Good and Helen Good. She graduated from The Iowa School for the Deaf in 1952. She then married Lester Medlock on July 12, 1952. They were married for 52 years till she was widowed. Most of her married life was spent in Eugene, Oregon with her two sons, Daniel and Aaron Medlock.

Patricia worked in a cannery in Eureka, California. Once she had her first son, she decided to stay home and be a housewife and take care of her family. Sixteen years later, surprise… she had another son. Patricia devoted her life to her hubby and two boys!

Patricia was a Christian and faithfully attended the Deaf church. She enjoyed playing cards, making crafts, bowling, cooking sweets, and of course being around her family.

She is survived by her sons Daniel and Aaron Medlock; grandchildren Jason, Reuben, Peter, Ashley, Austin, and Alani Medlock; great grandchildren Jakoby Medlock, Kieli Shankle, Jyce Dowty, Kalista and Xavier Medlock.

A Celebration of Life was held at Chestnut Lane Assisted Living t 1219 NE 6th Street, Gresham, Oregon 97030 on October 26th from 11:00-2:00.

Crown Memorial Centers, Gresham, Oregon, handled her funeral arrangements.
