Memorial Services for Philip D. Langan, age 77, of Atkinson are pending at Biglin’s Mortuary. Philip passed away on Monday, July 26, 2021 at West Holt Memorial Hospital in Atkinson, NE. Memorials may be made to the family for future designation. Arrangements are entrusted to Biglin’s Mortuary of O’Neill, Nebraska.

Philip attended Nebraska School for the Deaf from September 10 1952 to his graduation on June 4, 1964.  Then he resided at Neligh, NE.
