Lee E. Haworth

Lee E. Haworth, age 84, of Council Bluffs, passed away November 2, 2021.

He was born July 17, 1937 to the late Richard and Catherine (Smith) Haworth. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Claudia Smith; son, Mark Haworth; and granddaughter, Jazmine.

Lee is survived by his wife of 59 years, Esther (McLaughin) Haworth; daughters, Lisa (Ron) Newman Jr., Elizabeth Newman; grandchildren, Randy Newman, Misty (Anthony) Buffum, Jackson Newman; great grandchildren, Augusta, Xavier, Slayden Newman; sister, Linda Mabbitt; nieces, nephews, and a host of other family and friends.

Memorial service is Sunday, November 7, 2021, at 1:30 p.m., at Broadway Christian Church, 2658 Avenue A, Council Bluffs, Iowa.
